This is a poorly written book with numerous typographical and grammatical errors. The list of citations is full of Wikipedia references and popular web sites. It is clearly poorly structured and seems to be just a random collection of disjoint articles with some video thrown in. I suspect the "book" is more of a blind attempt to play the numbers; someone is bound to make a mistake and buy it. Don't waste your time or money.
